GREG Panel " New Era of Building: Faster, Smarter, and More Efficient Housing"

The GREG Panel “A New Era of Building: Faster, Smarter, and More Efficient Housing” took place on Tuesday, March 31, 2026, at the NYU SPS Building.

We are especially grateful to our host, Marc Norman, Associate Dean at the NYU SPS Schack Institute of Real Estate, for convening such a timely and thought-provoking conversation. Our sincere thanks also go to our distinguished panelists—Michael Samuelian, Paul Massey, David (Mac) McCarty, Ahmed Tigani, and Paul Woody—for sharing their expertise and forward-looking perspectives on the future of housing in New York City.

The discussion highlighted the critical role of innovation across design, construction, policy, and capital in addressing today’s housing challenges. We hope you found the insights valuable and the exchange of ideas inspiring as we collectively consider new approaches to building more efficient, sustainable, and scalable housing solutions.

It was a pleasure to have you with us for the panel and reception, and we hope you enjoyed connecting with fellow attendees.
