GREG 2026 PropTech Panel

The GREG 2026 PropTech Panel took place on Tuesday, January 20, at Cisco’s Penn One office. It was an outstanding evening of thoughtful conversation, valuable insights, and meaningful networking.

We would like to extend a special thank you to Travis Pouliot of Cisco for graciously hosting the event at their beautiful offices. If you have any questions about Cisco’s services, Travis can be reached at tpouliot@cisco.com.

We were fortunate to hear from an exceptional group of panelists, and we thank them for taking the time to share their expertise:

  • Daniel Correa (JLL Spark) shared insights on venture investing, value creation, and scaling proptech solutions within global real estate platforms.

  • Calvin Cooper (Neurometric / Rhove) discussed AI efficiency, fintech innovation, and democratizing access to real estate investing.

  • Zachary Shapiro (RealQuant) highlighted how AI-driven underwriting and portfolio intelligence are transforming CRE investment strategies.

  • Andrew Staniforth (Assembly OSM) offered perspectives on construction technology, offsite development, and the future of building design and delivery.

The discussion was expertly moderated by Carly AuClair (RXR) and Jordan Girard (Azur Holdings), who led a dynamic and forward-looking conversation. We also thank them for organizing the panel and for all of the work that made the event a success.
