Technology Panel
Thank you for attending the GREG Real Estate Technology Panel entitled PropTech 2.0: How is AI reshaping a $132T industry? on Wednesday, January 15th. The event was held at Cisco's gorgeous newly remodeled offices at Penn One (9th Floor). The panel discussion provided a compelling exploration of how artificial intelligence is beginning to reshape the real estate industry, a field often slower to adopt new technologies. With AI making waves across industries—from supercomputers to autonomous vehicles—the conversation centered on whether PropTech (property technology) is catching up and how AI might revolutionize it. Moderated by Jordan Girard of Whiterock.ai, the discussion featured insights from an impressive lineup of panelists: Daniel Correa of JLL Ventures, Joe Moskowitz of Keyway, Wilson Parry of Property Scout, and Zachary Shapiro of Andover Properties. Together, they brought a wealth of experience in navigating the intersection of AI and real estate.
The panelists shared perspectives on current trends, challenges, and opportunities in the PropTech space, emphasizing the potential for AI to streamline processes, enhance decision-making, and unlock new efficiencies in an industry that has long been characterized by traditional approaches. From innovative applications that are just beginning to emerge to the untapped possibilities of AI-driven insights, the discussion offered a glimpse into the future of real estate. Attendees left the event with a sense of excitement and curiosity about how these advancements might shape the next era of the industry—and who might emerge as the key players leading this transformation.
